Our training sessions are anything but ordinary; we intentionally tailor them to your individual learning goals which are determined by Kru Irwin. In the mornings, enjoy cardio and/or strength training sessions on the breathtaking beach. of Khao Lak Evenings are reserved for the intense Muay Thai lessons.

Relax afterward in your private air-conditioned room in a hotel with a pool, including breakfast.

Explore the stunning surroundings with optional trips such as visiting a waterfall, the Similan Islands, a Thai Night Market, or the beautiful Small Sandy beach in Khaolak Lamru National Park. Immerse yourself in the local culture with experiences like a Muay Thai match or a visit to an elephant sanctuary. Please note: these trips are examples and may vary.

And as if that wasn't enough, you'll have the freedom to explore the Khao Lak area with your own motorcycle (included) for the full two weeks or travel comfortably with the group in a car or tuktuk to the training sessions and the organized trips.

The retreat takes place in July 2025 from Tuesday 8th to Tuesday 22th in Khao Lak, approximately one hour from Phuket airport.

The Highlights

Are you going to join us? Please read the following conditions really carefully before signing up for one the below options:

You can pay the total amount at once or in 4 installments spread over 4 months. Please note: if you choose to pay in installments, you are still committing to the full payment obligation.
Choose the shared room option only if you have already arranged this with the person you will be sharing the room with. We do not assign roommates.
The retreat ticket is transferable to another up to 2 weeks before the start of the retreat.
In case of cancellation due to personal circumstances, refunds are not possible. Therefore, it is advised to arrange your own cancellation insurance.
Participation during the retreat is entirely at your own risk. Vivas Gym is not liable for any injury and/or damage of any kind resulting from the stay and/or activities of the participant, nor for the loss or damage of property.
Vivas Gym reserves the right to make changes to the programming the retreat, for example, if a instructor is unable to conduct a training due to illness, or other circumstances. In such cases, Vivas Gym will arrange for a professional and qualitatively comparable replacement. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
A travel insurance is mandatory, and a cancellation insurance is recommended for medical emergencies and cancellations of your trip and/or flights.
Ensure that you are aware of the current visa and passport information required for your trip to Thailand.
For your trip to Thailand, vaccinations are not mandatory, but some vaccinations are recommended. For the most up-to-date information, please consult your local Public Health Service (GGD).
